Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver customer orders safely and on time.
Follow assigned delivery routes using the mobile app.
Ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
Maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers.
Complete daily delivery targets.
Follow company safety and operational guidelines.
Eligibility
Own bike is mandatory.
Valid driving licence.
Smartphone with internet access.
Basic knowledge of local routes.
Willing to work 26 days per month.
Salary & Benefits
Option 1: ₹18,000 Fixed Salary + ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus + Performance Incentives.
Option 2: ₹23–₹33 per order + ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus + Milestone Incentives.
₹10,000 Joining Bonus (paid over 3 months, terms apply).
₹10,000 Referral Bonus (paid over 3 months, terms apply).
